Creamy Avocado and Wasabi Dip
(Makes about ¾ cup)Ingredients
1 small avocado, peeled, seed removed
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
½ teaspoon soy sauce
¼ teaspoon wasabi or to taste
Waterthins Fine Wafer Crackers
Pickled ginger for serving, optional
Method
To make the Dip:
Place avocado into a bowl and mash with a fork.
Add the mayonnaise, soy sauce and wasabi and mix until smooth.
Cover and refrigerate until required.
To serve:
Arrange crackers on a platter, spoon on the dip and garnished with pickled ginger.
Alternatively, serve the dip in a bowl on a platter surrounded by crackers.
