Salsa Dip(Makes about 1 cup)
½ cup creamed corn
1/3 cup finely chopped red capsicum
1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander
Salt to taste
To make the salsa:
Mix the corn, capsicum, chives and coriander in a bowl. Season to taste. Place into a serving dish, cover and refrigerate until required.
Place the dip onto a serving plate and surround with Lavosh.
