(Makes approximately ¾ cup)


¼ cup finely chopped cucumber, seeds removed

1 small clove garlic, finely chopped

½ cup Greek style natural yoghurt

1 tablespoon finely shredded mint

To make the Tzatziki: 

Mix together the cucumber, garlic and yoghurt in a small bowl until well combined.

Stir in the mint.

Place into a serving dish, cover and refrigerate until required.

To serve: 

Place the dip onto a serving plate and surround with Lavosh.
